Dengue Awareness field work was organized by primary Health Center, Mudaliarpet on 12th Sep. ’17. About 20 NSS volunteers of SGC volunteered in executing the work in and around Mudaliarpet, Puducherry. The volunteers distributed awareness pamphlets and removed stagnant water from dry coconut shell, tyres to prevent epidemic outbreaks.
Tree Plantation and maintenance work had been carried out by the volunteers of YRC unit, Saradha Gangadharan College under the superintendence of Dr. B. Kupusamy, Co-ordinator, YRC. Around 30 YRC volunteers executed the intended work for three days on 9th, 13th, and 19th of Sep.’17.
