Environmental Foundation of India

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Saradha Gangadharan College organized a special lecture on “Restore and Conserve Aquatic Ecosystem in South India” on 18th Jan. ’18 at our college premises between 2 pm and 3 pm..  Mr. Masson King, Regional Coordinator of Environmental Foundation India, Puducherry, was the Chief-Guest who delivered an awareness lecture on the above said topic.  Around 100 volunteers actively took part in the programme. The NSS Programme officer, Dr. B. Kupusamy along with the volunteers organized the programme.  The aim of the programme was to elucidate various available methods in preserving and restoring natural ecosystem to create a healthy and eco-friendly environment.
