Saradha Gangadharan College witnessed its 17th Graduation Day on 12.05.2023. SGC, positioned among the top Arts & Science Colleges in the union territory of Puducherry, has always aimed at enhancing our students’ skill development and thinking capabilities, which have in turn helped them achieve academic excellence, consistently. This year was no different – we take immense pride in informing that our students have achieved 8 Gold medals in the Pondicherry University (PU) examination. 23 graduates were appreciated and honored with a silver medal by the college for having stood first at the college level in the exams conducted by Pondicherry University. A total of 832 Under Graduates and Post Graduates received their degree.
The event was presided over by the Chief Guest Her Excellency, Dr.(Smt.)Tamilisai Soundararajan ,Hon’ble Lt.Governor of Puducherry accompanied by Shri.A.Namassivayam, Hon’ble Minister for Home and Education, Shri.L.Sambath, Member of Legislative Assembly and Shri.Aman Sharma, Director, DHTE,Govt. of Puducherry, who graciously accepted our request to be present amongst our student community even amidst their busy schedule.
