Saradha Gangadharan College organised Self Defense programme for girls in the college conference hall on12/7/2022. A total of 120 girls took part in it and they were trained by Ms. R.T Hemamallini, WPC, Sigma Security, Police Department. Various techniques and stunts were taught to the girls and important tips were given to them how to defend and protect themselves in every situation. The college conducts this programme regularly to empower and educate girls to be bold, confident and face life courageously.
